If you’ve never received personalized home care before, it’s normal to be a little curious as to how the process unfolds.
To help clear up any confusion, here’s the general outline explaining how our first visit with a new client usually works:
- Introduction – At this point, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the nurse assigned to you or your loved one and ask them any questions you may have. This is the beginning of a relationship that we hope will continue to grow into the future!
- Baseline Health Assessment – After you have acquainted yourself with your new nurse, they’ll run through a number of basic tests to establish your medical baseline. The tests conducted may vary depending on the unique condition of each patient, but they often include things like blood pressure, body temperature, and reflex response.
- Discussion on How to Proceed – Once we have completed our baseline health assessment, we will have enough information to begin creating a custom care plan specific to each patient’s needs.
